I highly recommend this course if you wish to understand the science behind this diet.  The payback is optimal health, high levels of energy and the least possible impact on the environment.

A lot of people wonder about the risks of a Vegetarian or Vegan diet.  But the science is conclusive that it is in fact the healthiest possible diet for humans.  Yes, you will get enough protein and iron.  In fact, the only supplement you'll need is B12.  You'll have lower cholesterol, lower inflammation of the internal organs and much better odds against heart disease, stroke, cancer and a long list of autoimmune diseases.
