My 2015 Resolutions

Many people set New Year's Resolutions.  They want a change, or changes.  They want improvement and better things in their lives.  Often these resolutions include losing weight, exercising more or other health related activities, in addition to a myriad of other self improvement actions.  The intent is to feel better about themselves, their relationships and their manner of living.

I'm very grateful to be able to say that I don't have any New Year's Resolutions for 2015.  Over the past four years I have found three practices that have transformed my life, in every possible way, and now I just want to continue doing what I'm doing each and every day.

Hello, World!

Four years ago I started practicing yoga.  Soon thereafter I shifted my diet, step by step over time, to a Whole Food, Plant Based diet and I also began to meditate.  Today, I practice yoga and meditation each day and I eat a very healthy vegetarian diet.  I've never had more energy, even as a young boy and I've never been healthier nor more spiritually happy.

My story and the path I've followed to reach this blissful place, and the resources that have helped me along the way, are all available on my website

I hope you enjoy your journey as much as I have mine and I'm happy to help you in any way that I can!
